Meeting Room Hire

Meeting room 1 (27m2) - capacity 14 boardroom, 24 theatre style

Meeting room 2 (41m2) – capacity 20 boardroom and 24 theatre style

Meeting rooms 1 and 2 (partition removed) (69 m2) – capacity 66 theatre style

Meeting rooms 3 and 4 (both capacity 6)

All meeting rooms are FREE to small organisations with very reasonable rates for medium and large members. Tea, coffee and water are included in the cost and all meeting rooms come with a flipchart and pens as standard.

Laptops and projectors are available to hire at £20 each for large organisations and £10 for medium organisations. There is no charge to small organisations.

Rooms are available to hire on Saturday and Sunday for an additional charge of £200.

Other facilities

Don’t forget that the Hub is also a drop-in centre for members and associates. The Hub provides a convenient city centre location to hold informal meetings, use the computers, wireless internet, printing or photocopying facilities. In addition to the standard computer packages we also have Powerpoint for presentations and Publisher which can be used for producing newsletters and leaflets. You can get advice on how to use thee from our friendly staff. Members may also use the café area for lunch meetings and catering can be arranged on request.

Scanning- free Faxing - 20p per page Photocopying and printing- 2p per page black and white, 8p per page Postage -at cost of postage of plus 5p per DL or C4 sized envelope

The Hub is a wonderful opportunity for us all to network and exchange ideas.
